Do we still need to talk about “gender issues”?

According to the World Economic Forum, none of the women of GenX will be around to experience a possible gender parity and equal pay. It’s about 70 years away, IF things continue to evolve forward in this speed.

I’m sure we all want our daughters to have the same opportunities and salaries as our sons.

So YES, we’re still talking about extraordinary achievements of women, “normal” women, the power of women coming together, and our rights to equal opportunities. And YES, we are putting the spotlight on this topic. Women, women, women.

This year’s theme is #ChooseToChallenge and I choose to challenge
limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts about ourselves.
