** Weekly sessions of impactful conversations and coaching around your leadership **
Strengthen your influence as a leader and increase your self-awareness through in-depth conversations, exercises, and challenges around life and leadership strategies. Benefit from an incredibly valuable experience of empowering and actionable hot seat coaching with the added value of direct feedback from the mastermind group. The hot seat coaching means you are invited, supported and encouraged to bring topics you need or want to deal with; you share your case in a brief presentation and receive laser focused and actionable coaching, plus the crowd feedback from the genius of the mastermind. Everyone will bring their absolute best thinking to leverage the perspective you have of your situation.
Who is this for?
This is for leaders who are looking to grow their influence, become more efficient in their communication, improve their prioritizing and problem-solving strategies, wanting to get more comfortable and knowledgeable in leading teams through change, gain insight into how to improve attitude and engagement in a team, setting a clear vision and take your self-discipline one step further.
Starting May 7th, we dive into the leadership program, based on the book “Developing The Leader Within You 2.0” and you bring the challenges, projects, and issues you want and need high quality thinking partners on. This is brainstorming and personal development at its best!!
Early Bird ticket: 750€ + Eventbrite fees = 799€
Normal ticket: 950€ + Evenbrite fees = 1.012€
Ten weekly 2-hour meetings at club House17, every Tuesday from 10.00 to 12.00.
A video will be sent to you after each session to underline and summarize the greatest takeaways of the group, and to keep you in the loop should you not be able to attend a session.
The investment includes the book “Developing the Leader Within You 2.0”.
Dates: May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2 and 9.
Due to school holidays the week of May 28, that date may be re-scheduled at a date that is convenient to the group if the majority cannot attend the 28/5.
